The artwork appeared good until it was reviewed in Coreldraw. We eventually discovered several duplicate lines and other artifacts that required significant clean up before it could be sent to the laser for engraving. We were expecting better for the price that was paid. We did appreciate the follow up from the chats and they did eventually post revised artwork. Unfortunately that was after we paid for it and had to clean it up to use it for a client. Hopefully they can apply lessons learned to their other artwork.
File would not print correctly from Corel . The top half of the file burnt a solid black area and did not have any definition. The bottom half then started printing.
