Returns and exchange policy:

We accept returns and exchanges on the following basis: you make contact with us within {$return_days} days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use / damage. Exchange solution dependent upon items in stock. Returns shall be refund ed within {$refund_days} days of goods reaching our door.

We (the vendor) are not liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product / products. The customer is fully liable for these costs.

Digital Products

All products sold through CncCraftSvg are digital files delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Digital downloads cannot be physically returned. Except where required by applicable law or covered by the exceptions below, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for a change of mind after digital files have been delivered or made available.

Please review the product description, included file formats, and software compatibility before purchasing.

Problems With Your Order

Please contact us if:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
You have not received access to your purchased files.
A file is corrupted, incorrect, incomplete, or substantially different from its description.

We will investigate and provide appropriate assistance, such as restoring access or supplying corrected or replacement files. Where the issue cannot be resolved, or applicable law requires it, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

Please report problems as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of purchase. This requested timeframe does not limit your statutory rights.

Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us so we can help resolve any issue. This does not restrict your right to contact your payment provider or raise a dispute.

If a dispute is opened, we may provide relevant order, delivery, and download records, where available, to the payment provider.
