Very very poor vector layout

I paid for this download and received a very poor vector layout of the described image. I was required to purchase a different image it was that unusable. I have requested a refund, but have not received one. Even basic vectors in this image (ie the ladder) was poorly done and could not be used as the vectors were not properly joined. Very very poor
